[ART][VEHICLES] steering left or right in the universal carrier results in part of the UC clipping through the sides of the carrier#110

Description:

An art bug exists when pressing a or d to turn left or right in the universal carrier. When this happens part of the universal carrier clip through the hull of the universal carrier. It would be expected that no clipping should occur.

STR:
1) boot game
2) create a mission in a UK town, spawn in as Universal Carrier
3) Start engine and move forward from the drivers position
4) Notice that part of the UC is clipping through the sides of the carrier when moving left or right from the perspective of the driver.
