axis DDs no can damage Brit prod fac past 6200m ish.#128

Been shelling all the brit prod fac from further than 6200m ish.
Can never get any damage; yet if move in close; can damage them.
DDs have 17,000m range, but are unable to damage brit prod fac.

I spawned an observer for the sole purpose of testing this. I had 9 5” shells directly impact a British Production facility that resulted in zero damage. The shells were fired from about 7.5km away.

This is being looked at.
