Names above character bug#183

When you are in a vehicle and you roll onto your side, the names for the characters show up on the side of them not above them.
Fix to show names above characters always
Even when you roll over.
Was in a supply truck allies and rolled over in AB, and infantry was spawning arou d the AB the bames were off to the side, view of bames seems to be anchored in code based on the fps of the player in the truck orientation, a quick fix and patch to the bug without changing everything could be to just detect if the player is on their side move name 90 degrees left or right, but an ultimate fix would ha e to be something like names on objects always show above player objects regardless of fps orientation, not exactly sure how the code is written but thats the observation.
