Churchill BURN BUG#380

This churchhill was burning and still actively fighting for over thirty minutes. We could not kill him no matter what we would do.

Attached are two images. The images are taken 10 min apart. This went on much longer than that though.

This is now resolved. Fuel fires are killing people due to some work since this ticket was generated. Ty for reports, Doom!
