HC rank.#579

Not sure right place, but my HC rank wrong; and i do not show up in .hc as navy?

This is something that @b2k needs to review regarding HC Tools. Will send it his way again, but fyi, it has been reported.

Can this please be fixed? Been over a year, many GHC still do not show up with .hc when in navy unit. Also, both gazoo and I have wrong rank in game
