Game Monitor fails to download hcmoves.xml (again)#619

back link to bug #507 (same issue), spins for a while and then times out with error window attached. Tried uninstalling, redownloading and did not fix. I’m still on Win10.

@scooby2 Our guys tried to reproduce this issue but were able to save the hcmoves. Can you check your internet / try again?

It will error out there sometimes , you can go into options and test the connection or go to the update tab and reset all update

@XOOM @Ohm yes it did time out and I tested the connection and it passed. I will reboot tomorrow after work and try again, I was getting unusual lag spikes in game before and after trying it initially.

what type of internet do you have ?
Who ?
WiFi?
Shared hub like in an apartment building?

Forgot to update this. I didn’t even reboot yesterday and the app stated working properly.

This seems to have been a transient issue on my end with my internet. Sorry for the false alarm. (The ping issues were gone yesterday too)
