We are in the process of changing the way the game looks at visual information and that is showing some things we need to clean up . These are perfect and we will get those buildings fixed.. keep it up and thanks.

1.38.1.1 hotfix was released yesterday afternoon/evening that should have addressed this issue. Can you confirm?

Please test this patch, it’s a Public Beta (so check your directory - will not work on Campaign server). Let us know if this fixed it.

PC: https://downloads.wwiionline.com/WWII_Online_1.38.1.2_PublicBeta.exe

Path to launch on PC is: C:\Program Files\CRS\WWIIOnline PublicBeta\WW2.exe

Mac: https://downloads.wwiionline.com/WWII_Online_1.38.1.2_PublicBeta.dmg

It was still ineffective. All white (or possibly colorless) objects turned green, such as the sky outside the window, the pointers on airplane instruments, and the cracks in the ground.

The glass also turned green, and the airplane windows looked like beer bottles.

Can you add a photo as that will help us diagnose the issue. Thanks

Greenery is still everywhere.

That is a known issue and each model with that issue ( missing textures) will be updated. That is due to the change in shaders dealing with no texture . There are also a few buildings that have to be fixed.

@sa43210 Hey! I have an exe here for you to try to see if we fixed this. Are you comfortable with finding your C:\Program Files\CRS\WWIIOnline install directory, temporarily renaming the ww2.exe to something else while replacing it with a test exe I will supply?

Assuming that you allowed WWIIOL to install in its default location, “C:\Program Files\CRS\WWIIOnline” go into that directory, rename the ww2.exe file to ww2-oem.exe and copy the file downloaded at the link below to that directory and name it ww2.exe.

Try running the game, loading up the FW, and share a screenshot of what you see.

So we found it. Haven’t fixed it yet, but we found it. As crazy as it sounds, it has to do with setting Chinese or Russian language in the UI Preferences. Try setting those to English (or any other Latin based option), save, exit, and restart the client. See if the green tinge goes away for you.
