CPs have random supply#631

When i make CP missions, the supply is often random, changes; and rarely ever full; AB always seems to work ok

This is often what I see, no supply…..

Then it randomly changes at times; sometimes going back to all supply in

And now just changed to this

This is a MAJOR issue and causing a lot of rage quit right now. impacts both sides at AO/DO equally it seems at least

Issue persists intermittently after hotfix.
