No Wellington Bomber (Lend-Lease) for the French Bomber Brigade#665

Just want to note there is no Wellington (Lend-Lease) in the French Bomber Brigade that was supposed to be introduced in Patch 1.38.1.0.

The UK lend lease Wellington for the French has officially arrived into supply. As is with all countries, the bomber is in the air garrison and the bomber brigade but not the fighter brigade. We still have a stat reporting bug to fix with the French Wellington, but you can spawn it now. We had a technical glitch in the patch roll out.

UK Lend Lease Wellington is stuck as a FTP unit requiring VP to spawn. Can’t spawn it as a premium subscriber in the French Bomber Flag and the French Garrison.
