Different Supply Kit Orders (listing)#699

The supply kits for all Countries are not the same. Example, the American and French kits have the HC Officer at the top of the list where on the German side it is in the middle of the list. This is important to be in unicent as when you die it pulls the top item in the list. Allies burn through the HC Officer due to this.
