[beta] map auto pans every time it's opened#750

i’m spawned in as mission leader, unknown if this only effects ML or everyone.

Map auto pans every time it’s opened. I tried pressing different buttons but it always persists. I believe the map normally will auto center on where you are or where you left it at depending on if you have the auto center (2nd button from bottom on left side collumn)

Now the map opens and pans from the current target to your location each time, even if the map is fully zoomed out etc.

If this is supposed to be a feature, is it possible to turn it off?

Can concur.
If you’re in the edit mission view, the pan happens to your origin location when opening the map.

If you aren’t in the edit mission view, the pan happens elsewhere (AB in my case, when testing from Namur where origin/target is the western CP)

I don’t know if this is the same issue or not, but when i open the map it never centers on me like it use to; have to move it all around

Im not sure what happened between the fix for that and the open beta build. Im currently unable to test, just had major surgery, but did observe the fix being tested via screen share to my phone. It is known, now, that the fix somehow did not carry over in the build.
