PPO's and STO's not working on test server#781

Lets you create PPO’s, but nothing appears. STO’s not working at all.

Add grenades and smoke grenades not working either.

@korps I’ve not heard of this issue. Are you confirming you’re not doing this via the offline practice area? If so, that’s the issue. PPO’s are server dependent.

It was definitely the test server, but it just randomly started working a few days later. Maybe it just needed a reset. This was weeks ago.
