Surrender Flag Review: AB Captures cut off vs not cut off#782

Axis capped Stave AB, but Bruin didn’t lose white flag; when allies cap AB to surrendering town the white flag goes away.

And for the 3rd example now, allies Cap Fere AB and their white flag goes away; but when axis caps AB their white flags do not go away?

Once again, trying not to be ticked off; BUT how come allied white flags go away when cap AB? But axis do not ?? Something seems wrong. FOUR times now
