My LW XO HC Orbat rank doesnt match my in game rank#801

I have been placed into Orbat as LW XO, but in game rank shows me as just Oberst. I’ve sent support tickets, asked HC members to help, havent been able to get through to any rats, so trying here. TY for any help Rats. ~ Mingus
