Huge number of model isses and oddities which im frankly disapointed with CRS on, any quick check would have highlighed the numorus issues very early in the models creation and dimentions ect checked vs the humongous amounts of meterial avalible, overall i find this a shame given the beautiful work thats gone into the insides and how amazing they look to let that down with more outside model.
Overall the biggest issue is the turret cheeks and mantlet coverage expositing more cheek on the WW2ol version, the issue is that plat is only around 100m at 10 degrees making it a very big weak point for allied tankers to target at most engagment ranges, the RL version would have been a very hard spot to hit unless very close but is also only exposing the two plates joining not a single 100m plate with gap behind. It also removes one of the biggest strenths the Pather had which is head on engagments and hull down engagments.
The other issue on the turret is the shear size of the comander copula, In testing i had mixed results from shooting this spot with the m18 at 350 meters on two tests the m18 was able to penertate this area with the APHE shell, although further tests at further ranges out to 600 meters did not yeld the same results, from the data i can find again this area should be around 100-110mm.
The other glareing issure is the hull front it clearly looks wrong, its almost like the whole front needs moving forward, im also concerned it looks like the wrong angle but side pictures do seem to line up with real panther. Will let you figure out the issue.
nice findings
I am combining all Panther related issues into this ticket so it is easier to track the issues. We will be addressing these issues in the coming update after 1.37.12.0 is released.

I figure i’ll pile this on here as well

The car body is too long, resulting in wrong proportions.
I would not mind if CRS took 3 months to fix these issues with the model like the scaling and quality esc
